混雑時でも撮りやすい水族館写真の考え方

水族館写真で難しいのは、暗さ、ガラスの反射、人の多さです。海遊館のように大きな水槽が多い場所では、最前列にこだわるよりも、反射の少ない角度や人のシルエットを活かす構図を探すほうが、雰囲気のある写真になりやすいです。

スマートフォンでは、ガラスに近づき、フラッシュを切り、明るさを少し下げて撮ると水の青さが自然に残ります。魚を大きく写そうとしてズームしすぎると画質が荒れやすいため、広めに撮ってあとから切り出すほうが安定します。

混雑時は、撮影時間を短く区切ることが大切です。数枚撮ったら一歩下がり、肉眼で見る時間を作る。海遊館の展示は動き続けるため、撮影に集中しすぎると、エイが頭上を通る瞬間や魚群の向きが変わる瞬間を見逃してしまいます。

Aquarium photography is shaped by low light, reflections and crowds. Rather than fighting for the very front, look for clean angles and atmospheric silhouettes.

Keep flash off, move close to the glass and slightly reduce exposure so the water remains naturally blue.

Take a few shots, then step back. The exhibits keep moving, and over-photographing can make you miss the best moments.
